Searching for an Individual
This is the simplest type of search available on the
system.
Enter the surname of the individual you are looking
for eg Smith. If you know them, you can also search on initials or
forename. Initials MUST be seperated by a space.
WARNING - Not all of the records in
our database contain forename or multiple initials as this
information may not have been supplied to us at the time of death.
Try ONE initial first (initials must be separated by a space). You
can always FILTER the results
later.
Also, if the desired record is not found, try
searching for alternative spellings of the surname as many
variations exist.
Searching for common names may result in many
thousands of records.
