We have long been conscious that our information leaflets are
not ideal for people with learning difficulties or those for whom
English is not the first language.
We want our information to be accessible to all so we have
produced some basic leaflets in an Easy Read style - large font,
clear illustrations, plenty of white space and language that is
simple to understand.
Intended for adults as well as children, these were developed
and trialled with pupils at two special schools in Sussex and
proved a great success.
