Acknowledgements

This history covering the 1918 German Spring Offensives on the Western Front is the third such collaboration between the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and the Imperial War Museum (IWM).  For this project we have also been joined by the Australian War Memorial (AWM) who have kindly provided images from their photographic collections to support some of the texts.

A number of these images are of particular interest as they show the story from the German perspective.  These images came to the AWM from the Deutsche Reichsarchiv in Potsdam and are appropriately marked in the image alt tags.
