Acknowledgements

This history covering the 1918 Advance to Victory on the Western Front is the forth such collaboration between the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and the Imperial War Museum (IWM).  For this project we have also been joined by the Australian War Memorial (AWM) who have kindly provided images from their photographic collections to support some of the texts.
