The Memorial, consisting of a granite panel inscribed with the names of 33 casualties who have no known grave, is set into a wall flanked at each end by a square shelter with domed roof. The Memorial is located behind the Stone of Remembrance, which is in the centre of the middle terrace of the War Graves Plot in the cemetery.
The cemetery is open 7 days a week from 0700 to 1700. It is recommended that visitors consult the Secretary of the Commission's South African Agency as it can be difficult to locate the memorial and graves, especially the scattered ones.
