(Consul General, Dakar), and of Mrs. Lennard (formerly Cromie), husband of Mrs. Cromie, of 9, Old Park Rd., Clapham Common, London. Awarded Royal Humane Society's Medal (1906). Served in Boxer Rebellion, 1900 (Mentioned in Despatches).
