CLEMENTS A H T – CH - NO CHANGE - Saddle visible front and rear. Minor chipping on [LHS and [RHS] front edges. [SOOP] Headstone leaning slightly forward (3 degrees) and to the left (1 degree) but stable. Grave cleaned on previous visit but heavy dark staining remained, so again, did not attempt to clean this time. Definition of the badge, details and personal inscription is degrading and the text is difficult to read. Minor weeding done.
