1152490 SERGEANT F. E SHAW PILOT Date of Death: 22nd April 1941. Age: 24. Headstone clean & legible. No apparent damage. Ground is level & clear of detritus. Flowers have been added to his grave recently. ~ two years ago, I cut back low hanging tree branches. These were also over hanging five other CWGC graves nearby. Recently, throughout the cemetery, a general cutting back of interfering arbor has been undertaken, resulting on this and many other CWGC graves having less foliage over hanging the headstones.
