Location information

Auchinleck Cemetery is at the southern end of the town. The cemetery entrance is just off Main Street (the B7083) If travelling south on Main street, the entrance is on the right hand side of the road.

History information

Auchinleck is a town in the Kyle district of East Ayrshire, and during the war a Polish unit was stationed there. The Commission maintains 11 Polish graves in Section C of the cemetery. Four are of Polish men who died after 1947 while awaiting repatriation.
