Location information

This is a large cemetery in Dunfermline located directly behind the football ground. The main entrance is on Halbeath Road (the A907), on the right hand side of the road if travelling west towards the centre of the town. The cemetery is about one mile from the railway station and is located to the east of the town centre.

Visiting information

Parking is possible on the internal roads within the cemetery. The 1914-1918 burials are in a special war graves plot and the Cross of Sacrifice is on a centrally situated raised mound to the north-east. A small number of the 1939-1945 War burials are located in the 1914-1918 war plot and the remainder are scattered in various parts of the burial ground.
