Location information

Huizum, in the commune of Leeuwarden and 2 kilometres south of the town, is on the road to Meppel. Huizum Protestant Church, surrounded by the churchyard, is about 1 kilometre east of the main road. In the south-western part of this burial ground are the graves of five airmen, two of whom came from the United Kingdom, two from Canada and one from Australia.
