Location information

From the centre of Banff go south along the A98 (in direction of Fraserburgh). At the end of main street where there is a road junction with the A97 on the right hand side (this road junction is opposite large car park where Tourist Office is located), take the A97 (Signposted Aberchirder/Huntly). Continue along the A97 for about 1/2 to 3/4 mile then turn right - this will be the 3rd turning on the right hand side. The cemetery is about a third of a mile up on the right hand side.

Visiting information

Parking is possible on the street outside the cemetery or on the internal cemetery roads. The Air Force graves are located in a small plot. Go down the centre road of the cemetery, pass the circle, then go left and the plot is near the top of the cemetery.

History information

There are 8 Commonwealth burials of the 1914-18 war here. There are also 25 burials of the 1939-45 war here, 1 being an unidentified airman of the R.A.F.
