History information

There are 8 burials of the 1914-18 war here, 2 of which are unidentified sailors of the Royal Navy. There are also 26 of the 1939-45 war here 1 of which is an unidentified seaman of the Merchant Navy. 19 of these were killed as a result of the Penhale Camp bombing incident on 7th July 1940.
