Location information

Monkton and Prestwick cemetery lies to the north of the centre of Prestwick close to the airport. From the centre of the town, travel north on Main Street which leads into Monkton Road. At the main roundabout before the airport turn right onto Shawfarm Road and then after one mile bear left into Shaw Road (direction of Prestwick Shawfarm Industrial Estate). The cemetery entrance is on the left hand side of this road. The cemetery is a five minute taxi journey from the railway station at Prestwick international Airport.
