Mortlake Crematorium adjoins Mortlake Cemetery (also known as Hammersmith New Cemetery), in Clifford Avenue, in the angle of Mortlake Road and Chertsey Arterial Road. The 77 Commonwealth servicemen who were cremated here are commemorated on the Cremation Memorial in that cemetery.
