Visiting information

Cathcart Parish Churchyard is a small cemetery in the Cathcart area ,South of Glasgow. There is a ruined church at this site . The cemetery is kept locked;the key is held at Cathcart Parish Church which is opposite the graveyard . The key is available from the Hall Keeper at the Church. There are people at the church most weekday mornings, there is also a café in the church hall.

Road directions

From M77 exit at junction 2 take B 762 Barrhead Road. Travel east towards Cathcart using Nether Aldhouse Road and Merrylee Road, after three miles turn left onto Clarkston Road B767. Head north after one mile the road leads onto Manse Brae, the cemetery is on the right hand side. There are several gates the easiest is on Manse Brae opposite the church where parking is possible on the road.

Public transport

Cathcart Railway Station is a short walk from the cemetery trains leave from Glasgow Central station.
