Location information

Campbelltown Kilkerran Cemetery lies to the south of the town. From the town centre drive past the harbour and on to Kilkerran road. The cemetery entrance is a mile along this road on the right hand side.

Visiting information

Most of the war graves and the Cross of Sacrifice are on a terraced area built into the hillside reached by a gravel road. Visitors should be careful in this area as the terraces have steep drops that are unfenced.

History information

This cemetery contains over 100 war graves, the great majority of which are in a reserved plot at the eastern end of the cemetery, beyond which, on a hill, is the Cross of Sacrifice. There are also a few scattered graves in other parts of the cemetery.
