PARKING

There is an accessible paved parking space at the entrance to the civilian churchyard at the northeastern corner of the church. The ground is firm and flat, the top surface is tarmac.

This parking space is next to a path leading to the CWGC headstones.

It is possible to park a single vehicle in the cul-de-sac on the southern side of the church.

ACCESS LAYOUT AND MAIN ENTRANCE

The small CWGC plot is located along the southern side and western end of the church (in an L shape). the civilian cemetery is on the north side of the church.

A wide gravel topped path runs south from the accessible parking space along the eastern side of the church, down a small slope (approximately 10 metres). The CWGC plot is immediately west and located on the southern and western side of the church. The graves are located in grass adjacent to the pathway.

ALTERNATIVE ACCESS

On the southern side of the church is a small cul-de-sac, off Rue de l’Eglise. There is a brick staircase leading up to the plot at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Access is through a white latched, double wooden gate, approximately 800 mm tall and 1.8 metres wide, leading to 10 brick steps with a handrail on either side, going up into the churchyard. The gate, located on the third step up from ground level, opens outwards from the stairs. There is no barrier along the top of the stairs. The brick steps lead directly onto the gravel pathway. Steps are located in on a three-sided boundary with the pathway and may be slippery.

The gate opens outwards from the steps.
